About Us

Zibo Weike Food Co., Ltd. is a large-scale food manufacturer and exporter in China, which takes vegetables and fruits as main raw materials, adopting food modern and sophisticated equipment and advanced productive technology.

We have established full-automatic Italy SANDVIK hot air drying production lines, 400-square-meter low temperature vacuum freeze-drying production lines and entire stainless steel low temperature vacuum deep-frying production line.

The annual synthetic processing capability is 20,000 metric tons, and the annual output of FD frozen-dried products is 300 metric tons, 1,500 metric tons for AD hot air drying products, 200 metric tons for low temperature vacuum deep-fried products, 6,000 metric tons for individually quick frozen products.

We have our own quality control centre, freshness-retaining and quick-freezing storehouse, of which the area is more than 3,000 square meters, with storage capability reaching 2,000 metric tons.

Our products have been selling well in Europe, America, Japan and Korea. The sales volume of FD, AD, IQF vegetables and fruit chips exceeded 8,000 metric tons in 2003. The FD maizes are sold to American market, IQF strawberry to Dutch, FD strawberry to British, FD coriander to Hong Kong and Taiwan area and AD fragrant onion, vegetables chips, FD strawberry, green sword bean, onion and white potato to Japanese market.

All the exported products are highly praised for absolutely pure natural quality, completely according to international food hygiene universal standard.
