All the raw materials including PVC, coatings, magnetic strips, oils and inks, holograph and signature foils are imported, and are controlled in accordance with ISO9001 Quality Management System for product quality. The quality, specifications and performance follow ISO7816-1, 2, 3 standards and ISO7810 standards strictly. Our company has modernized large-scale workshop, where 2 sets of Heidelberger four-color printers, 2 sets of silk printing machines, 4 sets of auto laminating machines, 3 sets of auto punch machines, and 4 sets of ink jet printers are available. The daily output reaches up to 1 million pieces. The whole plant is under enclosed management, multiple measures such as 24-hour TV monitoring on production, entrance and peripheral taken to protect production. Besides, each worker should bear his/her own IC card before entering into the workshop, and alarming system is also installed along with people patrol during production. All these measures ensure a safety production. Data are preserved in Production Individuality Center, in which client's profiles are set up with passwords. This section is under control of principals. As we have strict modules, data management system and matured computer network transmission means, along with responsible personnel to watch, the data banks provided by any other company will be downloaded privately into the card and with confidentiality. All the data will be destroyed by the way approved by clients, without any duplication left. Meanwhile, we will sign the Confidential Agreement when card production contract is entered, ensuring client's rights not to be infringed. We use imported PVC and double-coated art paper. Card has a smooth surface, does not warp or bend, and is flexible to some extent. Finished card surface is treated with dust deletion and anti-static process, ensuring PVC card maintain natural luster and crack-free within some circumstances. In addition, the ink jet printers integrate spraying, sticking, inspection and rejection processes, which are fast, safe and confidential. They eradicate the possibility of code repetition and revelation. The card quality is also assured by our QC department. Our QC can ensure the quality. Techniques for Anti-Counterfeit Security: Fluorescent security ink that displays itself only in the ultraviolet Laser anti-counterfeiting measure (the card can not recover if being opened) Other anti-counterfeiting measures approved (such as seam letters) We promise during our after-sale service that we implement strict security and confidential management during our service provision, not to omit a single card or reveal any information, and that we don't produce or sell any product (including sample cards) without approval.
