Wuxi Quechen Silicon Chemical Co., Ltd. specializes in producing precipitated silica. Our Wuxi factory covers an area of 53,000sqm and is located in a scenic town of Donghutang, city of Wuxi. The factory was invested with USD 50,000,000, having intending capacity of 80,000T/A. At the first stage of project, with capacity of 20,000T/A, we invested USD15,000,000 and started to produce on January 12th in 2005. While at the second stage of project (two production lines with total capacity of 60,000T/A for HDS and dental silica), we invested USD 35,000,000 to start production in October, 2007.

Our main equipment is all imported. We can control all parameters easily to meet customers' requirements flexibly via automatic control system through the whole production process. We also have a Quality Control Laboratory with qualified personnel and technical expertise to guarantee the finest product and meet the specific technical needs of our customers.

We have complete product specifications. Application in rubber & tyre industry etc. includes four series: conventional silica (CS), granular silica (GRS), free flowing granular silica (FFG) and high dispersive silica (HDS). We also supply series C for carrier, free-flow aid and anticaking. Our company is a leading manufacturer with strong R&D ability, scientific management and high efficiency.
