Established in 2002, our company is a joint venture with American Silverwood, Inc., a leading Japanese steel house corporation, and Shanghai Yongye Group Co., Ltd. Our company covers 100,000 square meters, with 5 workshops, 3 warehouses, and 1 office building.

We have 4 cold-form machine product lines, 2 press brake machines, 2 100MT punch machines, 2 30MT punch machines, and 1 deck-plate product line. With this equipment, we can supply standardized components that can be assembled into hundreds of shapes and sizes. Prefab engineering is typically used in offices, villas, beach rooms, headquarters, travel facilities, lofts, and housing.

Costs are divided into the prefab itself, installation, disassembly, transportation, and optional decoration. Our most popular items are steel house frames, studs, joints, truss wall system houses, prefabricated houses, metal accessories, steel bearing flooring, deck plates, and ASI brand steel framing.
