We can produce 2,000,000 square meters of wood composite flooring per year, using latest European equipment, high quality adhesives and finishes provided by Dynea Corp. of Finland and America's PPG. Over 80% of our products are exported to Britain, Australia, America, Spain, Italy, and Japan. We operate a comprehensive process of purchasing, manufacture and sales. We implement full quality control procedures and after-sales services according to ISO9001 and American RAB quality system standards. Our products can meet the GB/T18103-2000 wood composite flooring standard. Its free formaldehyde emission can meet GB18580-2001 E1 standard and its fire resistance meet GB8624B1 standard.
Using the latest computer controlled heat treatment (over 200°C) to protect the wood from rot and fungi, our triple-layer wood composite flooring is highly suitable for all environment, from home, to office, hotels and even outdoor. It's more stable and environmentally friendly and can last as much as 30 years longer than ordinary flooring.
The surface layer uses 2-4mm hard and broad-leaved wood which keeps the pattern and flexibility of natural wood. The lateral ply and back panels are soft coniferous wood, ensuring the flooring keeps enough heat preservation and flexibility. The crisscrossed structure of three-layer wood conquers the limitations, yet maintains the advantages of natural timber.
Our products are divided into two main series: flat clasp and twin-lock. Principal specifications include 2,200 x 189 x 15/4mm, 1,830 x 189 x 10/4mm, and 1,830 x 148 x 15/4 mm.
