About Us

Our company produces various automatic froth PU sponges and relational products. All sponges are divided into polyether sponge and polyester sponge according to the chemical property. While according to products characteristics, it can be divided into ordinary sponge, high density sponge, electronic sponge, sound absorbable sponge, seaweed foam, compressed sponge, packing sponge and other special sponges, etc. According to the rebound time, it can be divided into high rebound sponge, medium sponge and slow rebound sponge. We can also process the sponge into variety shapes, such as cylinder, round and Rugby.

PU is short for Polyurethane. We get along well with our raw material suppliers for many years. What's more, we can product various shapes of PU mould products. The moulds can be divided into iron molds, cuprum molds, aluminum molds and resin molds (for sample using), etc. PU products are divided into hard sparkle and soft sparkle. Hard sparkle mainly applies to producing the structural purpose to the foot line of wall, the pot, the fashionable clothing model; Soft sparkle divides into the high rebound, medium rebound and the slow rebound. The ordinary products include pillow, cushion, armrest, mattress and toy. So long as the customer provides the blueprint, the sample or the technical parameter, all shapes of PU mold products are available.

Ear-cushions are divided into sponge series, high frequency series and sewing machine series. The surface of head pad is usually made of PUC, polished PUC and PUC with super soft properties. Our factory has three absorbing plastic machines and seven assembly lines. All of the products have achieved European Union RoHS environmental protection standard, so we have the ability to provide the qualified SGS product test report and bear major commitments. What's more, we are potential to develop high difficulty, environmental protection ear-cushions and head pads.

Our company mainly produces various kinds of PU and GEL insoles, in which PU contains thermo-compression and mould froth. We can also product EVA cold-press insoles and latex insoles. Our insoles are comfortable, ventilation, deodorizes, shock-proof, slip-proof, massage, anti-mildew, anti-bacterial, guard against dermatophytosis, anti-static, environmental-friendly, laundering available, and so on. Each kind of insole bears fold fastness, each layer surface of insole strips the intensity to achieve ASTM pertinent standard. GEL insoles, which are our new products, are popular for our customers since they have been launched into European and American markets. And we may provide OEM process. We can produce and kinds of products as long as they are PU insoles or GEL insoles.

Our company is a group enterprise and the sales headquarter locates in Guancheng District, Dongguan City. Our factories mainly distribute in Dongcheng District, Qiaotou Town, Huangjiang Town & Houjie Town. The number of exiting staff is 358. Our products are divided into four series, i.e. Polyurethane foam (special sponge), ear pad (e.g. various ear pad, head pad), insoles, PU mould products respectively, which are extensively applied to electronics, shoes, sports equipments, clothes and daily necessities, etc. What's more, all of our products can come up to RoHS or EN-71 environmental protection standards.
