Brief introduction of products
Color steel sandwich panel is a kind of composite material with interior and exterior surfaces of color steel sheets, and in between, polystyrene, polyurethane or rock wool or other core materials. The surface sheets together with the core materials in between, pass through the automatic compound and molding machine; the steel sheets are coated with adhesive, and thin-wall channel steel is built into the panels on both sides; pressure is applied to the surface panels and core materials; the sandwich panel is thus formed.
Sandwich panels, by types of core materials, fall into the following four categories: polystyrene sandwich panel, rock wool sandwich panel polyurethane sandwich panel, phenol aldehyde sandwich panel, etc.
Scope of application
Color steel sandwich panel is a kind of new multi-functional building material. It is featured with heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation, light weight, waterproofing, seismic protection, decoration, etc., and widely used as the non-bearing walls, roofs and ceilings for industrial and civil buildings, as well as the bearing walls for single-storey houses. In particular, it is mainly used as partitions and ceilings in the cleanrooms for the electronic, semi-conductor, pharmaceutical, food facilities.
