     DY-608A is a wax type of modified extinction, not to participate in the chemical reaction, for 25-60% of the luster in a matt gloss outdoor powder , the effects of extinction, good flowing, weathering good, not yellowing characteristics. Usage is 1-3%, luster is 25-60%.

Notice:

A. Control the low temperature in extruder, at the beginning is 80, last period is 100.You should speed up while you put the raw materials in pot.

B. You should choose the low reactive polyester resin then you can get the matt gloss, you may add BaSO4 to get more good result.

DY-608B Physical Matting Agent (Outdoor)

Low gloss up to 10-30%, usage is 3-6%, less wax, good for black coatings.

DY-608T Physical Matting Agent(Outdoor)

Used for Outdoor coatings, usage 0.5-1%, gloss 15-30%. If you want to get more good coating, pls do some test on polyester before production.
