Test strip for SAs

Sulfanilamides antigen is coated on the test region of the nitrocellulose membrane of the strips, and sulfanilamides antibody is labeled with colloid gold. During a test, the colloid gold labeled antibody coated in front end of the strip move forward along the membrane, and a red line will show up when the antibody gathers with the antigen in the test region; if the content of sulfanilamides in the sample is over the detection limit, then the colloid gold labeled antibody will react with the antigens in the sample completely and it will not meet the antigen in the test region, thus there will be no red line in the test region.

 Assay Process

4.1 There must be a negative control in the operation, Add 100ml 0.02M PB buffer solution into the test orifice, if a red line shows up 5min later, then the strip is still valid. Take this test as the negative control to proceed the next assays;

4.2 Take 100ml of the prepared solution into the test orifice, keep at room temperature for 5min, then read the result within 30min.
