Jinyimeng Group Co., Ltd., a large-scale private group located in Linshu County, Shandong province, China, Now our company has total assets of 1 billion Yuan and over 1, 400 employees, covering an area of over 2,000 Mu (about 133 hectares). There are five series product chains such as Biochemistry, Fine Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, food processing industries, fertilizer etc. with more than 20 varieties products. The group presently has many subsidiary companies as follows.

Linyi Jinyimeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is one of the biggest subsidiary companies of Jinyimeng Group. Main products include Ethyl Acetate (over 180,000mts/a), n-butyl Acetate (over 80,000mts/a), Ethanol (including 95% content and 99.0% content, over 200,000mts/a), Acetic Acid (over 80,000mts/a), Acetic Anhydride (50,000-150,000mts/a), Glyoxal (20,000mts/a), Croton aldehyde (20,000mts/a), Pentaerythritol, D-phenylGlycine, Formaldehyde, Acetaldehyde, n-butanol, Acetone, Glyoxylate etc. The company's products are selling well in mainland China market and are exported to many overseas markets including South Korea, Japan, China Taiwan, China Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Israel, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherland, Austria etc.

Jinyimeng Group Fertilizer Co., Ltd., founded in the spring of 2003, is a leading corporation of processing agricultural and sideline products and improving the farmers to become rich. Our company has a total capital of RMB39.7 million, of which the capital assets are RMB25 million. There are 4 FD product lines and the total is ten tons. We also have one AD product line, which can produce 2000 tons a year and one preserving workshop, which can produce 1000 tons a year.

In order to meet the need of the materials quality, our company built a non-pollution vegetable basal of 2 million square meters. In the factory, there is a templet basal of 133333sqm for the plant high quality vegetables such as perilla, double-spore fungus and so on. The material base in the county is 233333sqm and base of contract of 1333333sqm. 2400 farmers subscribed the agricultural products planting and machining, and the income of them increased by more than RMB4.5 million. Now our company has won attestations of HACCP, OU, American FDA and the attestation of machining the organic products.

Jinyimeng Group Fertilizer Co., Ltd. is another big subsidiary company of the group. Main products are N.P.K compound series fertilizer. The annual production capacity is over 1 million tons.
