With establishment in 1985, Jieyang Dali Mould Factory Co., Ltd. is one of the leaders of the plastic injection mold manufacturing in Eastern Guangdong Province. We possess over 100 sets of CNC, EDM, grinding machines, milling machines and boring lathes.

We employ more than 150 experienced staff and have a 8,800-square-meter factory space. Half of our staff is well-educated and enthusiastic technicians, engineers and managing executives.

To facilitate our work and make the moulds more accurate, we equip the design department with CAD, CAE, CAM, US PRO-E and UG software systems. Our program department has MASTERCAM and Israeli CIMATRON systems and our measurement department has three-dimensional measuring machines and accurate scanners.

Our precision mould manufacturing center and large scale mould manufacturing center prodice small and children's toy moulds as well as moulds for large and medium home appliances.

We benefit from endeavors of high quality talents, advanced equipment and scientific management which guarantee our product quality and work efficiency. This is also the reason for our short manufacture cycle and reasonable prices. A 70% proportion of our output is for export to Japan, Europe, America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
