Coconut milk Candy

The original coconuts of Hainan Island, the hometown of coconuts, are grown in a unique oceanic climate, nutrient rich soil, with pure water, producing high quality coconuts. A creative coconut sugar manufacturing process is employed to produce coconut sweets with rich aroma but without being too sweet. We use a 15 step process: (peel →break crust →separate juice and pulp→remove black spots→ clean→cut coconut pupl→crush pulp→extract juice→cook at a high temperature→compound syrup according to formulation→cook once more→boil syrup at high temperature→form by molding or rolling→shape by cooling→sort and package for candy→warehousing)
